Does this work in my state?
Yes. It works in all 50 states. Filing fees are different in each state, and the course shows you where to find yours. The structure, banking, credit, and funding-ready steps are the same everywhere.
I already paid LegalZoom or ZenBusiness. Do I still need this?
Yes, it fills the gaps. Those services file your paperwork. They don't teach you the setup choices that affect funding, the banking lenders want to see, or how to build business credit.
Do I need to be a US citizen?
No, but you need to be able to legally run a business in the US, which usually means having an SSN or an ITIN. Not sure about your situation? Email [email protected] before you buy.
Do I need to already have an LLC?
